Refund & Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us (within 30 days) mentioning the reason why you are not happy, and we will refund you the amount paid for that item.  Please inform us by email on info@zavis.co.uk within 24 hours from the day you received your order, and please don’t return or courier the purchase without informing a member of our team first, otherwise we will not be able to supply a credit or a replacement.

These conditions do not apply to custom-made or made-to-measure products that are made after an order is placed on our site and returns are not possible

Due to hygienic reasons, all jewellery is non-refundable and non-returnable (apart from defects in manufacturing).

We will send you instructions for returns after you contact us.  You need to return the product to us in an unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging for a full refund.  We cannot issue refunds for used products (due to hygienic reasons).  A processing charge might be applicable for returning certain products – these costs can be provided to you if you email us about the same.  We recommend using an insured delivery service since the liability for the purchase is not transferred to ourselves until the return is received by ourselves or our representatives.

You should allow up to 14 days from receipt by us of your returned goods for your refund to be processed.  We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods.  Cost of basic postage is refunded back to yourself, but not any additional delivery service requested by yourself.  Charges incurred by yourself for returning your purchase will not be refunded.


Damaged or faulty goods

We employ professional carriers for all our deliveries to customers. Nevertheless, you must examine goods on arrival before signing for them. We will refund the full purchase price of an item (including the delivery charges) which is delivered in a damaged or faulty condition, provided adequate proof of the same has been provided.

Alternatively, at your option, we will replace the item with the same or a similar product (subject to stock availability). If a product is damaged or faulty, please contact us at once and no later than 3 working days of receipt, or of the fault developing, and we will arrange a refund or replacement as you request.

Some of our clothing is required to be dry cleaned only. Owing to the detailed hand printing, hand embroidery and beading on the garments, it is advised that you only dry clean them. Any damage to the garments due to any other cleaning technique will not be our responsibility or liability.  Please check washing instructions carefully.

We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement item and to recover the cost of the returns delivery from you in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Clothing Products

  • All washing instructions detailed on products must be followed.  If you need any further advice, please contact us.
  • Clothing and washing instructions must be read and understood before washing.
  • Some of our products are ‘no hand wash’
  • Some of our products cannot be washed in a washing machine
  • Some cosmetics can react to or damage certain materials such as perfumes, body sprays, etc

Jewellery products

  •  Before buying jewellery please check the metals warnings for allergies.  Some people cannot wear copper, brass, or gold.
  •  Certain cosmetics and products may damage or react with certain metals.
  •  Pearls must be used with caution. Sometimes they can react to environmental changes such as high temperatures or sunlight.  Do not wear pearls when bathing or showering, their coatings can be damaged.
