1. ORDERING OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

 2.  DO SHIP AROUND THE WORLD ?

        We ship most of the European countries, you can see the shipping option available during check out process, if you have specific questions, please feel free to contact us info@zavis.co.uk

 3. ARE MY DETAILS SAFE AND SECURED ?       

 Yes, all the details are safe and secured .All the personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we share this information with anyone else, we may use your contact details to inform you of the latest arrivals news or offers and fabulous new services via email , if you prefer not to receive there updates , you can un-subscribe from our news letters.

 4. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE ?

        Of course, we offer a 14 day return policy for our ready to wear collection. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the same for a full refund.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us (within 30 days) mentioning the reason why you are not happy, and we will refund you the amount paid for that item.  Please inform us by email on info@zavis.co.uk within 24 hours from the day you received your order, and please don’t return or courier the purchase without informing a member of our team first, otherwise we will not be able to supply a credit or a replacement.
These conditions do not apply to custom-made or made-to-measure products that are made after an order is placed on our site and returns are not possible
Due to hygienic reasons, all jewellery is non-refundable and non-returnable (apart from defects in manufacturing).
We will send you instructions for returns after you contact us.  You need to return the product to us in an unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging for a full refund. We cannot issue refunds for used products (due to hygienic reasons).  A processing charge might be applicable for returning certain products – these costs can be provided to you if you email us about the same.  We recommend using an insured delivery service since the liability for the purchase is not transferred to ourselves until the return is received by ourselves or our representatives.
You should allow up to 14 days from receipt by us of your returned goods for your refund to be processed.  We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods.  Cost of basic postage is refunded back to yourself, but not any additional delivery service requested by yourself.  Charges incurred by yourself for returning your purchase will not be refunded.

          Delivery times are indicative in nature and might be subject to delays due to stock availability, customs delays or due to transportation delays. We aim to keep you informed at all times if we anticipate any un-planned for delays in your delivery.
We can offer multiple delivery options in some cases (express deliveries) and the costs vary depending on the choices. Please do not hesitate to contact us for specific delivery options.

6. IS THE  SITE SECURE ?

        Yes, absolutely. Security of your personal information is extremely important to us and we use the latest SSL encryption technology to securely transmit your credit card information to our payment processors. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system.

7. ARE DUTIES AND TAXES EXTRA ?

        No, our prices include all duties and charges for the European Union i.e. the prices on the website include customs duties and UK VAT for European deliveries. For non-European deliveries, the customer might need to pay local duties and taxes as per the specific regional regulations.

8. IS EVERYTHING MADE OF SILK AND HAND MADE JEWELLERY

    No! The amazing styles that we sell are made of various materials, including silk. The details of the materials used in the garment are specified in the descriptions.

    All the jewellery materials must check warning of the allergy, it may vary person to person allergic to conditions to different materials ex: one gram gold (imitation jewellery, stones, silk thread, clay materials, beads, raw stones, German silver, oxidized silver , fashion jewellery, leather products, chains. 9. HOW DO I PICK THE RIGHT SIZE ?      
Most of our products are standard sizes, sometimes it may vary dependents up on the manufactures and different brands have slightly variation from standard sizes. Most of the products we provide guidance size chart approximate sizes,
